Based on the real-life experiences of real nerd girls, this darkly funny solo show is for nerds, nerd lovers, and anyone who’s ever been curious about this unique subculture.

WAITING FOR BATTERIES is a riveting, absurdist comedy directed by Petra O'Toole and written by Steve Day and Michael Burgos, who began collaborating while attending world-renowned international clown school, École Philippe Gaulier, in Paris, France.

Set within the confines of a group home, this dark comedy  features performances by Steve Day, Michael Burgos, Eduardo DiMartino, as well as the Canadian Comedy Award Winner Ken Hall.
